Since Janaury 2012 Louise Ayre and Cath Hopkinson have been running the very success ful Academy Boot Camp – Making fitness as easy as ABC!  

We want everyone to reap the benefits of getting fit AND enjoy their fitness workout, whether it be Zumba,Pilates or Boot Camp.

 

This page is only for those who are serious about joining Lou and Cath in getting into the best shape they have ever been!  Whether you are 16 or not (!) we want your body to transform it into the butterfly you have always dreamt of!

Give us at least one hour a week in class, and a minimum of two hours in your own time, add to it a sensible eating plan (with a few surprises in nutrition along the way!) , and finally put your heart and soul into making it happen and we will:

  • Give you a workout every week that will make you sweat, tone up and lose those stubborn inches
  • See realistic and long-lasting changes in your shape
  • Give you a sensible eating plan (not a faddy diet or anything daft) – just good healthy foods
  • Latest nutrition resarch and eveidence is the basis of all our plans
  • Holistic nutrition if you have any special conditions where diet will help ease your symptoms.
  • Menu suggestions – Breakfast, Lunches, Dinners and snacks – don’t worry you won’t go hungry!
  • Access to ‘Members Only’ webpage and Facebook group which will have all your workout and motivational tips stored
  • Weekly newsletter to keep you focused on what you really want – and how to get it.
  • Support you every step of the way – we know it’s not easy starting something new – we will be holding your hand too!
